You can change the lives of some of society’s most vulnerable people by making a donation to St. Paul’s Mental Health Program.
Your gift will help us care for patients who not only face severe mental health challenges, but also physical illnesses, poverty, homelessness and substance issues.
Needs at our Mental Health Program range from everyday items that provide patients with healthy and meaningful activities to large-scale projects that will change the way we care for our patients. For example, current plans to redevelop the hospital involve moving Mental Health outpatient clinics to a yet-to be-built tower and moving inpatients out of the 100-year-old Burrard Building to a safer, larger and seismically sound space.
“We are proud of the care our patients receive, but getting support for that care is a challenge because of the stigma associated with mental illness.”
— Jen Duff, Program Director
